PRIVACY POLICY
GPRD and ePrivacy Directive
The General Data Protection Regulation (GPRD) and ePrivacy directive is a European privacy law that went into effect in May 2018. It regulates how personal data of individuals in the EU can be collected, used, and processed. The law impacts European companies and any business that targets European individuals, or collects, uses, or processes the personal data of European individuals regardless of where the business is located. Essentially, this means the GDPR will apply to most organisations that process personal data of EU individuals, regardless of where they are established and regardless of where their processing activities take place.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to direct how we use your information and how we communicate with you. You are always in control of how we communicate with you, and you can opt in or out, or change your preferences at any time.
This privacy policy will be updated from time to time, so you may wish to check it each time you submit personal information to us. We will keep you informed if there are any changes to the way we process your personal data in the future, and the date of the most recent revisions will appear at the bottom of this page.

It is recommended that accounting records and working papers / invoices are kept for at least 7 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or such longer period as the rules of self-assessment may require, which reflects the statute of limitations. Unlike other countries, the United Kingdom has no statute of limitations, so we may store personal information up to 10 years.
