Where we only sell digital products with an immediate download after purchase, products CANNOT be returned or refunded.
All digital licences are individual, and they can be identified by an SKU number.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or there is a problem with the design or photograph, before leaving a review, please send an email to: michelle@aquadesignstudio.co.uk along with the SKU number and as much information as possible, attaching screen shots. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. We are a UK company, so there may be a delay in response time due to timezone differences.

How you can identify our designs
¨
Cutting designs (SVG)
All cutting designs (SVGs) will have been tested in Cricut Design Space on Cricut cutting machines. An SVG should be compatible with other brands of cutting machines, engraving machines and similar plotter type machines. Our SVG designs:
- can be identified with an SKU product code, for example: SUNFLW01.1 and will be listed as an SVG/cutting file
- are grouped by colour (separated by layers)
- will have welded text if we have used non-standard desktop fonts*
- will indicate whether we have used single line fonts or designs (these cannot be printed)
When we use purchased fonts, where possible, we will let you know what True Type Font (TTF) or Open Type Font (OTF) we have used, and we will let you know where the font(s) can be purchased from. Where we have set up affiliation with some designers, we may embed links to that 3rd party website. We only recommend reputable websites and platforms that we have used ourselves.
¨
Printable Designs (PNG)
These are images saved as a single layer (also known as a flattened image), and they can be imported into most software programs which accept PNG images, including Cricut Design Space. Our PNG designs:
- can be identified with an SKU product, for example: SUNFLW01.1Â and it will be listed as a PNG/printable image
- are saved using the Red, Green, Blue (RGB) colour model
- can be printed on a regular inkjet printer or a laserjet printer using various types of printable media
- can used with an ICC profile and a sublimation printer to make end products, for example acrylic, mugs and fabric
