Aqua Design Studio maintains the information and content on this website. By accessing or browsing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use.
Registration
All users are required to register an account and login before they can purchase or download anything from Aqua Design Studio. We do not offer guest checkout, as the website uses Google reCAPTURE to help protect the website from unwanted spam and abuse, and identify human and bots apart. We also use secure payment gateways, for example: Stripe and PayPal, which encrypt your card details providing another layer of security to protect data.
Restrictions on use of content
All content on this website, including images and all copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to Aqua Design Studio or its content providers where affiliate links have been used. You are granted permission to access the website, and download and print content of interest from pages. All other use of the website and its content, including modification, publication, transmission, creation of derivative works, incorporation into another website, or reproducing the website or the content (whether by linking, framing or any other method) is NOT permitted without Aqua Design Studio’s prior express written consent.
Restrictions on use of digital downloads
- You CAN edit, personalise, and modify a digital cutting file (SVG) for personal use only which enables you to make and sell handmade (physical) products.
- You CAN flatten a cutting file (SVG) and save it as an overlay to create a mock-up photograph using your own background theme, or by using a mock-up image purchased from us. A mock-up photo is for personal use only to enable you to list a product online if you sell.
- A stock photograph purchased with an SVG or printable design (PNG) CANNOT be edited. It is to be used to list end products online, to gauge interest.
- Stock photographs purchased as a scene creator/theme builder (these are single elements such as a background and a vase) can be used to create mock-up photographs for personal use only, and used to list end products online, to gauge interest.
- You CANNOT use any element of the SVG and PNG designs, or photographs (stock photo and mock-up photo) for resale, including but not limited to… modification, creation of derivative works, incorporation into another digital design for resale, or make dies, stamps, stencils, molds etc for resale, or claim the design as your own.
- You CANNOT forward or share the design, or share the photographs with a third party. This includes, but is not limited to Print On Demand (POD) organisations, personal friends or family, SVG sharing/screen dumps, and sharing within Facebook groups.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you signify your agreement to Aqua Design Studio’s terms and conditions of use of this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, digital licence terms of use, or those in our privacy policy and cookie policy, please do not use our website or purchase digital downloads from us. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these terms and policies at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the Aqua Design Studio website following the posting of changes to these terms and policies means you accept the changes we make.
